I urge ever person that has a M37 claim to fully understand HB 3540C...If you have a house on the property that counts as one of your 3 parcels in Express...No one will qualify for the Conditional Path...take the value of your land...one year before land use enactment and one year after...then X that by a one year treasury bill...per year till current time - the back taxes...now take the "current" price you can get for 3 parcels "today"...if your loss is greater than what you can get for 3 parcels today...you would qualify for the 4-10 in conditional....NO ONE will qualify for that!! It is a look good....they aren't giving us anything. Plus they want you to cluster your 3. Get informed!!! Let's let them know that we did know what we were voting for...and vote this down!!
